Healthy Lifestyle changes

When I was younger I was pretty much able to eat whatever I want. Pop, chips, donuts etc. I developed unhealthy eating habits at a young age.

Throughout school & even into adulthood I’ve struggled with my eating habits.

A couple times I got myself on a good track. Eating healthy & Exercising Regularly.

Goal: Lose 10 pounds
